For Jon Farzam & Fadi Khalil, Shore Hotel — across Shore Hotel, Santa Monica Hotel, Ocean View Hotel & Shoreside Restaurant. A five-week plan that gets your team off unsecured personal AI accounts and onto one secure, company-authorized tool, with your biggest time sinks automated — scoped precisely, with pricing certainty for the whole rollout.
You run Sales & Marketing across roughly twenty systems — Delphi, Opera, Canary, Revinate, Akia, HeyOrca, Canva, OpenTable, Cvent — with four inefficiency areas: social media, newsletters, lead response, and groups/blocks. This proposal meets those needs directly — including the pricing-certainty question.
We set your Sales & Marketing team up on one secure, company-authorized AI tool (Claude Team), with the security framework and data-handling policy that ends the personal-account free-for-all. Accounts provisioned through your admin, so IT controls access from day one.
We shadow the team through real work — how a post gets made for each property, how a newsletter ships through Revinate and Akia, how a lead moves from inquiry to response — and map where the hours actually go. We confirm what your systems expose for integration and set the success-metric baseline.
We build the starter set of custom AI workflows around the highest-leverage bottlenecks discovery surfaces, and test them against real work — real posts, real newsletters, real inquiries.
Hands-on training for the full Sales & Marketing team, plus 1:1 coaching, so every team member can run the workflows themselves. We fix what needs fixing and make sure it sticks.
We confirm everything is working in real use, tune the workflows, hand off your written playbook, and map the rollout path to the next department.
Every engagement delivers three things: we install the system, we educate your team to run it, and we build a defined starter set of custom workflows. That definition is what keeps pricing honest — so we state it precisely.
Claude Team setup, security framework, data-handling policy, and the company-authorized-tool standard.
Workflow shadowing and mapping across the four areas, plus an integration assessment of your systems.
Spanning all four areas you flagged: per-property social content in each brand's voice, newsletter production across Revinate/Akia/OpenTable, first-draft lead-response handling, and a group-proposal or BEO drafting assistant.
For each Sales & Marketing team member, plus a recorded session your team keeps.
Documenting every workflow, so the system runs without us.
Support through Week 5, plus a live company-wide AI literacy session over Zoom for all employees across the three properties and the restaurant — at no additional charge.
Where the boundary sits — The starter set gets your team equipped, trained, and running. From there, your team owns and runs the system. Workflows beyond the starter set, deeper integrations, and ongoing tuning are available as additional scope or through the optional retainer. We would rather draw this line clearly now than discover it together later.
We agree on measurable outcomes before kickoff, set the baseline in Week 2, and measure again at the end — so results are shared facts, not impressions.
Time to produce and publish a social post — per property, from planning to posted.
Hours per newsletter cycle — per property, from draft to send.
Lead response time — from inquiry received to first personalized reply.
Under Path B, order does not matter — Sales & Marketing second would be the same flat $7,500. The higher standalone price exists only when a department stands alone, with no committed rollout behind it.
Not required. Monitoring, tuning, minor workflow edits, and priority support with a one-business-day response window. Month to month; cancel anytime.
50% to start, 50% on delivery, under either path. The foundation and each department implementation are invoiced as separate line items so your accounting stays clean.
You don't need the Enterprise plan. The right fit is Claude Team — your data is never used for training, you're covered by a formal DPA, and your admin gets a central console with single sign-on.
Anthropic holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications at the company level, which apply on Team. Team runs $20–25 per seat per month (five-seat minimum), billed to you directly by Anthropic and separate from our fees — roughly $1,500–2,500 per year depending on seat count. Per-use API fees are effectively zero for this work.
Choose Path A or Path B. We send a simple written agreement matching your choice — on paper, as requested. On signature we invoice the 50% to start and schedule kickoff within three business days.
