1. Sponsorship & Placement

Grateful Labs grants TruDiagnostic a Gold partnership at The Biohacking Safari: Cellular Upgrade Edition, Saturday, November 14, 2026, 2:00 to 8:00 PM, at Primal Moves in Venice, California: a 10-minute keynote on the main stage, one 10 ft x 4 ft non-exclusive booth in the Acacia Grove with a table, a seat on one of the three panels, brand placement on the event page and in event communications, and the right to present, sample and sell its testing products to attendees during event hours. Non-exclusive means other brands in the same category may also take part.

2. Fee

The partnership fee is $2,000 USD, due in full upon signing, plus two TruAge test kits provided in kind to Grateful Labs for the hosts, which together stand in for the $3,600 standard Gold package. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event (on or before October 31, 2026) are eligible for a full refund; cancellations inside 14 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future Safari.

3. Products, Compliance & Licensing

TruDiagnostic represents and warrants that all products and services it presents, samples, sells or distributes at the event are lawfully offered, accurately described and compliant with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including those covering laboratory testing and the handling of biological samples, and that it holds all licenses, permits and registrations required to offer them.

4. Health Release

TruDiagnostic is solely responsible for its products, tests and the results it reports. Grateful Labs, Grateful Giraffes, the Biohacking Safari and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, hosts and venue partners are not liable for any health-related consequence, adverse reaction, injury, illness or damage of any kind arising from the purchase, sampling, use or interpretation of any test or product obtained at or through this activation, whether during the event or at any time afterward. Grateful Labs makes no medical claims about, and does not endorse, diagnose, prescribe or recommend, any product or test offered at the booth or on stage.

5. Indemnification

TruDiagnostic agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Grateful Labs and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, regulatory actions and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of its products, tests, its statements about them, its conduct at the event, or any health consequence described in Section 4.

6. Insurance & Conduct

TruDiagnostic is responsible for its own general liability and product liability coverage, for its staff and property at the venue, and for conducting its activation in a manner consistent with the spirit of the community: no aggressive sales tactics, no medical advice to attendees.

7. Media & Brand Use

Each party may use the other's name and logo to promote this activation. Photography and video captured at the event, including the keynote and panel, may be used by Grateful Labs for community and marketing purposes.

8. Entire Agreement

This agreement is the complete understanding between the parties for this activation and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
