1. Sponsorship & Placement
Grateful Labs grants Ultra Life Peptides one (1) non-exclusive booth at The Biohacking Safari: Cellular Upgrade Edition, Saturday, November 14, 2026, 2:00 to 8:00 PM, at Primal Moves in Marina del Rey, including booth space, a table, brand placement on the event page and event communications, and the right to sell and sample its products to attendees during event hours. Non-exclusive means other brands in the same category may also take part.
2. Fee
The sponsorship fee is $1,500 USD, due in full upon signing. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event (on or before October 31, 2026) are eligible for a full refund; cancellations inside 14 days are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future Safari.
3. Products, Compliance & Licensing
Ultra Life Peptides represents and warrants that all products it displays, samples, sells, or distributes at the event are lawfully sourced, accurately labeled, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and that it holds all licenses, permits, and registrations required to sell them.
4. Health Release · Peptides
Ultra Life Peptides is solely responsible for its products. Grateful Labs, Grateful Giraffes, the Biohacking Safari, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, hosts, and venue partners are NOT liable for any health-related consequence, adverse reaction, injury, illness, or damage of any kind arising from the purchase, sampling, possession, use, or consumption of any peptide or other product obtained at or through this activation, whether occurring during the event or at any time afterward. Grateful Labs makes no medical claims about, and does not endorse, diagnose, prescribe, or recommend, any product offered at the booth.
5. Indemnification
Ultra Life Peptides agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grateful Labs and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, regulatory actions, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of its products, its statements about them, its conduct at the event, or any health consequence described in Section 4.
6. Insurance & Conduct
Ultra Life Peptides is responsible for its own general liability and product liability coverage, for its staff and property at the venue, and for conducting its activation in a manner consistent with the spirit of the community: no aggressive sales tactics, no medical advice to attendees.
7. Media & Brand Use
Each party may use the other's name and logo to promote this activation. Photography and video captured at the event may be used by Grateful Labs for community and marketing purposes.
8. Entire Agreement
This agreement is the complete understanding between the parties for this activation and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
