- Grateful Health is a brand of Grateful Labs Inc. This notice covers the sign up form on this page.
- What we collect
- Your name and email, and your answers: the founding rate you picked, what we should add first and your optional note. Only if you tick the consent box, we also collect which peptides you have tried, are curious about, or do not want. That is health data, and we treat it as such.
- Why
- To plan Grateful Health, to recommend services that fit what you told us, and to write to you about Grateful Health. Nothing else.
- Who sees it
- Only the Grateful Health team. It is stored by the service that hosts our app, under our instructions. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers or ad platforms, and never pass your health answers to a partner, Platform Health included, unless you ask us to.
- Tracking
- This page runs no advertising trackers, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change how it works.
- How long we keep it
- While we are building Grateful Health. Your health answers are deleted sooner if you ask, or if you withdraw your consent.
- Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your answers, or withdraw your consent, at any time: email support@gratefulgiraffes.com. We answer within 45 days, and asking never changes how we treat you.
- Changes
- If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too, and we ask for your consent again before using health answers in any new way.
