I understand that participation in Biohacking Safari involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Physical activities (movement, breathwork, yoga, acro yoga, etc.) • Use of sauna, cold plunge, and other temperature-based therapies • Exposure to wellness treatments, including but not limited to: IV therapy, peptides, exosomes, supplements, bodywork and chiropractic care • Interaction with other participants and vendors • Emotional or psychological experiences from breathwork, sound baths, or group activities I acknowledge that these activities may involve risks of injury, illness, allergic reactions, adverse health effects, or in rare cases, death.
I certify that: • I am in good physical and mental health to participate • I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to applicable providers • I will consult with a physician if I have concerns before participating • I understand that none of the event organizers are providing medical advice
I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge: Grateful Labs, Grateful Giraffes, Biohacking Safari, Primal Moves, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, practitioners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to: • Participation in the event • Use of facilities or equipment • Services provided by third-party vendors or practitioners This includes claims based on negligence.
I understand that: • Many services at the event are provided by independent third-party practitioners and companies • These providers are solely responsible for their services • I assume all risks associated with engaging in any treatments or services
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation.
I grant permission for photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
